Arranging the Interview
We arrange an interview with candidates that you approved.
Vetting & Feedback
The candidates go through the meticulous vetting process - after each interview; we provide you with feedback regarding competencies, advantages and specifics of the candidate. Then we arrange a second interview, issue the test task, and proceed to the final interview.
Making an Offer
