Responsibilities:
2+ years of experience in the position of Talent Sourcer or IT Recruiter;
Identify and hire the best talent for our teams;
Searching for candidates using different sources and tools;
Reviewing and screening the CVs of qualified candidates;
Ability to present our company from the best side and open roles to potential candidates;
Communication with active and passive candidates using various search methods and tools (X-Ray, Boolean, networking);
Know technological trends in IT and non-standard talent search channels;
Assisting with interview organization, making sure that feedback is in place, in a timely manner, and in the agreed format;
Assisting recruiters in daily activities;
Timely update of reporting tables, ATS, CRM system;
Working with automation and scraping systems;
High-quality management of the candidate database;
Lead generation and engaging new clients.
Our ideal candidate:
General understanding of the IT market and Recruitment process;
Experience with Boolean search (other techniques would be a plus);
Experience in writing attractive and meaningful messages;
Experience with automation and scraping systems;
Analytical mindset and desire to work with analytics will be a significant plus;
Upper-Intermediate English;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
To be a team player who believes in cooperation and compromising;
Сopes with the set KPIs by at least 80%.
