Famous Spanish AdTech company is looking for a Senior or strong Semi-Senior Business Development professional within the programmatic ecosystem. Experience working with demand partners and an existing network of DSPs, SSPs, or major US agencies will be considered a strong plus.
This is not a pure hunter role. The position focuses on developing and scaling partnerships, activating demand through oRTB connections, and driving long-term growth via structured, technical, and commercial collaboration with existing and new partners.
What You Will Do
Own and manage a portfolio of 1015 active demand partners (DSPs, SSPs, or US agencies with direct programmatic spend).
Activate existing relationships within our platform and drive incremental revenue growth.
Work closely with technical teams to enable, troubleshoot, and scale oRTB integrations.
Expand spend across existing accounts by identifying new opportunities, formats, and inventory alignment.
Act as the primary point of contact for demand partners, ensuring long-term relationship health and performance.
Collaborate internally with AdOps, Product, and Engineering to optimize demand performance.
Structure and optimize demand partnerships based on a strong understanding of the programmatic supply chain.
What We are Looking For
Existing, active relationships with Tier-1 DSPs, SSPs, or major US agencies.
A proven revenue-carrying book of business that can be onboarded and expanded.
Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, including SSP/DSP dynamics and oRTB workflows.
Hands-on experience working with technical teams on integrations and scaling demand.
Demonstrated ability to grow revenue within established accounts (expansion-focused mindset).
Ability to operate autonomously and take full ownership of partner performance.
Nice to Have
Portfolio that includes US agencies with direct programmatic budgets.
Experience scaling demand across multiple geographies or inventory types.
Background in AdTech, SSPs, DSPs, or programmatic platforms.
Compensation & Performance Expectations
Flexible compensation structure based on seniority and expected impact.
Fixed base salary plus a variable component directly tied to revenue generated.
Expected positive ROI starting from month 4, with full profitability of the role from month 6 onward.
