Spanish AdTech company is looking for a Senior Account Development Manager to develop and grow the demand side of SSP operations. This role is responsible for activating, scaling, and optimizing relationships with SSPs and DSPs, ensuring demand quality, monetization efficiency, and technical alignment.

About Company: a programmatic advertising company operating its own SSP and exchange infrastructure, work with direct publishers and first-tier partners across CTV, In-App, and Mobile Web, with a strong focus on the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and grow relationships with SSPs and DSPs

● Activate and scale existing integrations

● Improve demand quality, pricing alignment, and performance

● Participate in Supply Path Optimization (SPO) discussions

● Support deal strategy including PMP and curated deals

● Work hands-on with: ads.txt / app-ads.txt,sellers.json, supply chain object

● Understand and operate SSP dashboards and ad server environments

● Collaborate closely with AdOps while being able to troubleshoot directly

● Identify technical or structural issues impacting delivery and monetization

● Participate in technical and commercial calls

● Translate technical constraints into business decisions

● Ensure alignment between demand expectations and supply capabilities

What We are Looking For:

● Minimum 5 years of experience in programmatic advertising on the supply side

(SSP, exchange, or similar)

● Proven experience working directly with SSPs and DSPs

● Strong exposure to the US programmatic market

● Experience managing or developing demand relationships

● Strong understanding of: ads.txt / app-ads.txt, sellers.json, supply chain object

● Experience with:SSP platforms, DSP demand behavior, Ad servers

● Knowledge of: Supply Path Optimization (SPO),Deal types (PMP, curated, programmatic direct), IVT concepts (pre-bid and post-bid)

● Technical and detail-oriented professional with strong problem-solving skills

● Comfortable speaking with partners and clients in a professional setting

● Able to work autonomously and take ownership of assigned tasks

● Strong collaboration skills with internal technical teams

● Experience across CTV, In-App, and Mobile Web is a strong plus
