Responsibilities
Own product features end-to-end: from problem discovery to delivery and iteration
Define product hypotheses, success metrics, and validate solutions
Prioritize backlog based on business impact and product strategy
Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver features
Monitor product performance and generate actionable insights
Collect and analyze user feedback to improve the product
Participate in roadmap planning and align features with strategy
Qualifications
2+ years of experience as a Product Manager (B2B / SaaS / digital products)
Strong understanding of product management fundamentals (discovery, delivery, metrics)
Experience with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.)
Experience in hypothesis validation (A/B tests, MVPs, feature experiments)
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision making
Ability to clearly document product requirements and decisions
Intermediate English or higher
Experience in AdTech / Programmatic is a plus
