We are looking a PR Manager who will take on the full communications cycle: from forming a PR strategy to working with the media, developing personal brands of top management and supporting sales through PR and ABM activities.
This is a role with a great impact on the company's positioning in the global market.
Main responsibilities:
1. PR strategy
Development and implementation of the company's PR strategy (global market)
Formation of a clear company position on key market topics
Formation of positioning and key messages
Planning PR activities (media, thought leadership, partnerships)
Management of the content calendar of PR activities
Working with partners (co-marketing, co-PR)
Translating complex products into clear and strong market messages.
2. Personal brands of top management (CEO & CPO)
Building and developing personal brands
Development of thought leadership narrative
Maintaining LinkedIn strategy (content, tone of voice, positioning)
Preparation of posts, articles, columns, speeches
Organization of public speeches, podcasts, interviews.
3. Events & Industry Presence
Formation of a presence strategy at events
Organization of participation in conferences (speaking, sponsorship, networking)
Planning your own webinars
Coordinating the team's participation in industry events
Maximizing the PR effect of each event.
4. Media & PR Execution
Building and developing relationships with journalists and the media
Pitching complex topics (not just news stories)
Initiating and providing media publications
Preparing and distributing press releases
Monitoring mentions and managing reputation
Working with industry media (AdTech, MarTech, Tech).
5. Sales Support (ABM)
Collaborating with the Sales team within the ABM strategy
Preparing custom PR/content activities for target accounts
Enhancing deal flow through PR and reputation tools
Developing cases, success stories, outreach materials
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in PR / Communications (B2B Tech)
Experience working with international markets
Understanding the media landscape
Experience building a personal brand for C-level
Experience working with events (conferences, speeches, webinars)
Understanding ABM or working closely with Sales
Experience writing articles for tier-1 media
Strong writing skills (in English - mandatory, level C1+)
Proactivity and ability to work without micromanagement
English (upper intermediate+)
Experience working with LinkedIn thought leadership
Experience launching PR campaigns with measurable results.
