Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to manage advertiser and publisher operations across Europe and North America. This role will own customer success, campaign performance, partner onboarding, account growth and cross-functional coordination, ensuring world-class operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations for DSPs, SSPs, publishers and strategic partners.
Optimize performance through data analysis and operational insights.
Coordinate onboarding and technical integrations (SDK, OpenRTB, Prebid).
Work closely with Sales, Product and Engineering teams to resolve issues.
Build long-term customer relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
Prepare business reviews and operational reports.
Support clients across multiple time zones in Europe and North America.
Required Qualifications
3+ years in Ad Operations, Customer Success, Account Management or Programmatic Operations.
Strong understanding of DSP, SSP, RTB, OpenRTB, PMP, Header Bidding and digital advertising.
Experience using campaign reporting and analytics platforms.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English.
Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
