What you will do:
Target Research: Identify and build lists of mid-market and enterprise companies using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other research tools.
Account Qualification: Analyze company size, structure, tech stack, and hiring patterns to validate fit for Hireload’s services.
Contact Enrichment: Research and verify decision-makers (HR, Talent Acquisition, C-levels) with accurate contact details and titles.
Database Management: Maintain clean, structured, and up-to-date lead lists in Google Sheets and Manatal (our current CRM).
Collaboration: Partner with the sales/recruitment team to refine targeting criteria and improve lead quality.
Market Intelligence: Track industry trends, competitors, and patterns to support sales and marketing strategy.
Recruitment Sourcing Support: Contribute to candidate sourcing for urgent roles, supporting recruiters when fast delivery is critical.
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in lead generation, market research, or sales support, ideally within a recruitment agency or B2B services environment
Practical experience using platforms such as Upwork and Clutch to identify and engage potential clients.
Strong analytical and research skills; ability to identify patterns and validate leads effectively.
Highly organized with a process-oriented mindset able to manage large volumes of data without losing accuracy.
Confident in Google Sheets; familiarity with most common Lead generation tools like Snov.io, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo etc)
At least Intermediate English level (written communication is sufficient for this role);
Curiosity and drive to grow in B2B market research, data analysis, or sales operations.
