We are looking for a Head of Retention with a deep understanding of the iGaming industry to lead and executeour player retention strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Monthly planning of marketing activities to retain and return players;

  • Creation of communication plans via multiple channels (onsite/offsite)

  • Forming logic and participating in launches of trigger chains;

  • Setting tasks for cross-functional departments;

  • Calculation of predictions with further analytics of held actions;

  • Communication with the team to develop a general strategy.

Requirements: 

  • Gambling experience is mandatory;

  • Experience in drafting and conducting marketing activities for player retention and return;

  • Analytical mindset, ability to calculate the economics of promos as well as analyze the results;

  • Experience with client segmentation;

  • Strong English skills, with ability to write and communicate briefs and tasks;

  • Understanding of basic approaches to A/B testing and hypothesis testing to optimize marketing activities;

  • Knowledge of marketing metrics: MAU/DAU, LTV, ARPU, RR, GGR, NGR, etc.;

  • Experience working with analytics tools: GA, Tableau, Voluum, Power BI, Google Data Studio.

Will be a plus:

  • Knowledge of the main providers and manufacturers of games and slots;

  • Knowledge of market and competitor analysis methods.
