Main responsibilities

Early Product Launch Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the onboarding of publishers and assist in their integration process.

  • Perform thorough testing of the integration with publishers.

  • Continuously monitor and fine-tune monetization results from the outset, collaborating closely with the sales team and product managers to achieve desired publisher profits.

  • Initiate and oversee the “Google accounts for publishers” activity, providing guidance to the management team on maximizing performance.

Later Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and lead a team of Publisher Relations Managers.

  • Manage processes and become the primary representative for one of our key projects.

Hard Skills

  • Proficiency in programmatic and oRTB fundamentals.

  • Expertise in Prebid integration and effective monetization strategies for publishers through Prebid, including an understanding of various Prebid technologies like prebid wrappers or prebid.js.

  • Publisher monetization using Google accounts, involving performance optimization, activity launch, and a solid grasp of the main rules and principles of trading through different Google programs and certifications.

  • Advanced proficiency in English.

Soft Skills

  • Strong business communication skills, both oral and written.

  • Analytical thinking.

  • Demonstrated responsibility and efficiency.

  • Proven ability to lead a team.
