Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership and Team Management

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including Account Managers (AMs), Business Development (BD), and technical specialists.

  • Define and implement team structures, assigning clear roles, responsibilities, and zones of accountability.

  • Foster a collaborative and performance-oriented culture, ensuring alignment with company goals.

  • Set and monitor KPIs for individual contributors and the department as a whole.

  1. Strategic Planning and Execution

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth plan for the oRTB division, encompassing operational strategies, team development, and market expansion.

  • Identify opportunities to optimize margins and increase revenue, ensuring sustainable profitability.

  • Establish clear task distribution and workflows to ensure all initiatives are executed efficiently.

  1. Performance Analysis and Optimization

  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing revenue streams, margins, and profitability metrics.

  • Implement data-driven decision-making processes and tools to monitor performance and adapt strategies.

  • Oversee the preparation of reports on growth metrics and operational efficiency for stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. Experience

  • Demonstrated experience as a department Head or Senior leader within the programmatic or Adtech ecosystem.

  • Proven track record in managing teams of diverse functions and sizes, with clear evidence of growth in revenue, margins, and profitability under your leadership.

  • Strong strategic planning and organizational skills, with the ability to translate goals into actionable roadmaps.

  • Expertise in open real-time bidding processes, technologies, and market trends.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience using performance data to drive results.

  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills to motivate and align teams with organizational objectives.
