Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the affiliate team, setting clear goals and ensuring high performance.
Attract, onboard, and manage new affiliate partners to expand the program.
Oversee technical integrations with partners, including setting up links and monitoring performance.
Analyze traffic data, ROI, and payback metrics to optimize campaigns.
Identify and implement new strategies to increase affiliate engagement and performance.
Represent the company at industry conferences to build and strengthen partnerships.
Ensure accurate financial control by overseeing partner payouts and event-based payments.
Your Background:
2-3+ years of experience in a Head of Affiliate or senior affiliate management role, ideally in the iGaming (casino or betting) industry.
Proven track record of building and scaling affiliate programs.
Strong knowledge of traffic analytics, payback metrics, and CPA networks.
Experience with technical integrations and campaign tracking tools.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Fluent English (Intermediate+ level).
