What you will be working on:
Management Interaction: Liaise regularly with management to discuss financial strategies and performance;
Financial Planning: Develop and manage plans for revenues and expenses associated with various projects;
Monitoring Execution: Track the execution of plans and identify any deviations, providing insights to keep projects on track;
Record Maintenance: Maintain comprehensive records of all financial operations related to projects;
Accounting Software Management: Oversee the use and management of accounting software to ensure accuracy in financial reporting;
Documentation Preparation: Prepare essential financial documents such as invoices to facilitate transactions;
Financial Document Control: Manage the control and processing of financial documents, ensuring compliance with tax calculations and payments while optimizing the overall tax burden;
Bank Liaison: Serve as a point of contact between the company and banks or other financial institutions;
Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to the company’s tax obligations and regulations;
Accounts Monitoring: Monitor both accounts receivable and accounts payable for timely financial management;
Payment Management: Ensure timely payments to Demand-Side Platforms (DSP) and Supply-Side Platforms (SSP);
Financial Reporting: Collect, prepare, and report financial metrics to management, including creating financial forecasts and Profit and Loss Statements (PLS);
Sales Coordination: Collaborate with the sales department to clarify contract terms and manage invoicing processes;
Partner Support Collaboration: Work closely with the support department to monitor partner relationships and exchange relevant information;
Legal Collaboration: Coordinate with the legal department to address and resolve any contract and financial disputes.
Your background:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar financial role or environment;
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
Proficiency in accounting software and financial documentation;
Excellent communication skills for collaboration across departments;
Understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
