ABOUT THE COMPANY

Our platform handles billions of ad requests daily and operates across major regions, including North America, Europe, and APAC.
As we scale our infrastructure, we're looking for a DevOps Engineer who takes ownership of their work, keeps systems healthy, and actively contributes to the evolution of our infrastructure.
We're looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer to strengthen our infrastructure team, improve system reliability, and contribute to the development of a high-load programmatic advertising platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support and maintain ongoing production projects and ensure continuous system operability

• Monitor technical alerts and respond to incidents promptly to minimize downtime

• Maintain and troubleshoot Linux/Unix-based systems across the infrastructure

• Provision and control employee access across infrastructure and internal tools

• Contribute actively to infrastructure development and automation initiatives as part of the DevOps team

• Maintain and optimize database instances (MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Aerospike, ClickHouse)

• Manage proxy servers and load balancers (Nginx, Apache)

• Configure and maintain monitoring systems: Zabbix, Prometheus + Grafana

• Administer virtualization environments: Hyper-V, Proxmox

• Maintain Git/GitLab workflows and contribute to automation with Ansible

• Build and manage VPN tunnels (IPSec, OpenVPN) and handle network troubleshooting

HARD SKILLS

• 2+ years of relevant DevOps or sysadmin experience

• Solid Linux/Unix system administration, networking, and troubleshooting skills

• SQL and NoSQL database management: MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Aerospike, ClickHouse

• Experience with manual software compilation from sources

• Git, GitLab — confident daily use

• Ansible — configuration management and automation

• Proxy servers and load balancers: Nginx, Apache

• Communication protocols: HTTP, REST, SOAP, MQTT, gRPC

• SSH, SFTP, FTP

• Monitoring: Zabbix, Prometheus + Grafana

• Virtualization: Hyper-V, Proxmox

• Experience building VPN tunnels: IPSec, OpenVPN

• Upper-Intermediate English (B2+)

NICE TO HAVE

• Scripting skills: Bash, Python, or similar

• CI/CD pipeline experience (GitLab CI, Jenkins, or equivalent)

• Docker — containerization and container management

• Experience with backup systems and disaster recovery planning

• Terraform or other IaC tools
