As we grow, we're looking for a Junior DevOps Engineer who is eager to learn, proactive in support tasks, and ready to take on increasing responsibility over time.
We're looking for a motivated Junior DevOps Engineer ready to grow fast, learn from experienced teammates, and contribute to real production infrastructure in a global AdTech environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in supporting ongoing projects and maintaining system operability under senior guidance
Monitor technical alerts and escalate or respond according to runbooks
Help with provisioning and controlling employee access
Maintain and troubleshoot Linux/Unix-based systems with guidance from the team
Contribute to infrastructure tasks as assigned within the DevOps team
Learn and work with core infrastructure components: databases, proxy servers, and monitoring tools
Document processes and maintain internal knowledge bases
HARD SKILLS
Basic Linux/Unix administration skills — CLI, services, networking fundamentals
Foundational understanding of SQL and/or NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB or Redis)
Familiarity with Git basics: branching, commits, pull requests
Understanding of core network protocols: HTTP, REST, SSH
Awareness of monitoring concepts (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana — even theoretical)
Pre-Intermediate English (B1) or higher — able to read technical documentation
NICE TO HAVE
Any scripting experience: Bash, Python (even basic)
Familiarity with Docker or containerization concepts
Basic CI/CD knowledge (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V, Proxmox, VirtualBox)
Pet projects, homelab, or self-hosted infrastructure experience
