As a Client Growth Manager, you will be the primary company representative for our clients, focusing on increasing their revenue and fostering long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted growth partner for clients of varying business sizes, ensuring alignment with their goals and long-term success.
Lead structured weekly or bi-weekly performance calls and semi-annual strategy sessions, presenting insights, aligning on priorities, sharing best practices, and defining next steps to drive growth and measurable business results.
Help clients connect their goals and challenges with the solutions we provide.
Ensure clients are satisfied with our product/service through proactive support and communication.
Continuously monitor and analyze client platform performance to identify revenue growth opportunities, performance gaps, and proactively translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
Act as the voice of the customer internally, collaborating closely with Product, Business Analysis, and - Development teams to drive relevant features and optimizations.
Maintain a strong results-driven mindset, focusing on measurable client outcomes.
Actively contribute to the Client Service team by identifying process improvements, enhancing documentation, and supporting the implementation of new workflows.
Requirements
2–3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or consulting, working specifically with high-touch, enterprise-level customers.
Background in marketing, management, or communication roles is a strong advantage
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
Solid analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, detect patterns or anomalies, and form actionable hypotheses; daily work involves analyzing data across multiple platforms.
Experience with RTB (Real-Time Bidding) is a plus but not required.
Strong skills in client interaction, able to build trust and professional relationships with client teams.
