Requirements:
Advanced English must-have for effective communication;
Experience in client support/customer success/account management ideally with complex products;
Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously;
Analytical skills must. Ability to interpret data, identify patterns or anomalies, and form hypotheses, as day-to-day work involves analyzing data on client platforms;
Experience in RTB (Real-Time Bidding) a plus, but not mandatory.
Responsibilities:
Continuously monitor and analyze clients' platforms, offering actionable recommendations related to the performance.
Share best practices and industry trends with clients to enhance their platform usage.
Foster strong client relationships through regular calls (weekly or bi-weekly) while providing education and strategic guidance.
Proactively identify client needs, address challenges, and uncover opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with Product, Business Analysis & Development teams to implement relevant features & optimizations.
Contribute to the Client Service teams growth by optimizing processes, improving documentation, and implementing new workflows.
