Responsibilities:

  • Programmatic Sales: Drive sales of programmatic advertising solutions to publishers and agencies in the Korean market.

  • Market Analysis: Develop a deep understanding of the Korean digital advertising landscape and identify opportunities for growth.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (publishers, agencies, DSPs, and SSPs) in the Korean market.

  • Campaign Management: Use the company’s platforms to optimize campaign performance and deliver results for Korean clients.

  • Data Analysis: Utilize data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and generate reports specific to the Korean market.

  • Business Development: Explore new business opportunities and expand the company’s market presence in Korea.

  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and deals with Korean clients.

  • Communication: Effectively communicate complex programmatic concepts to Korean clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of programmatic buying and selling: Knowledge of various programmatic models (RTB, PMP, Open Auction, Private Marketplace), pricing models (CPM, CPC, CPA), and campaign optimization techniques.

  • Experience with programmatic platforms: Familiarity with leading DSPs (Demand-Side Platforms) like The Trade Desk, Crieo, Appier, Moloco, and SSPs (Supply-Side Platforms) like Google Ad Manager and OpenX.

  • Data-driven approach: Ability to analyze campaign data to identify trends, optimize performance, and generate reports.

  • Tools: Experience working with CRM systems, emailing services, email verification, and web scraping tools.

Market Knowledge:

  • Local digital advertising landscape: In-depth understanding of the Korean digital advertising ecosystems, including major players (SSPs and DSPs), trends, and regulations.

  • Understanding of local publisher landscape: Experience working with local publishers across various formats (web, in-app, CTV) is crucial. This includes knowledge of their needs, challenges, and preferred programmatic solutions.

  • Experience with advertising agencies is a significant plus.

Business Acumen:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales: A history of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with clients (SSP, DSP, publishers, and agencies).

  • Strong negotiation skills: The ability to negotiate win-win deals with publishers, agencies, and brands.

  • Goal-oriented and results-driven: A focus on achieving set goals and exceeding expectations.

  • Fluency in local language and English: Essential for building rapport with local clients and effectively representing the company.
