Coordinate and manage office maintenance and repair services.
Business entertainment
Assist with ordering and delivering branded gifts.
Collaborate with the HR team to organize offline and online events and gatherings.
Implement new solutions and initiatives to enhance office attendance and create a comfortable working atmosphere.
Business travel
Manage all travel arrangements for employees, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Administrative Support:
Prepare visual presentations.
Provide administrative support to executives and other staff members as needed.
