This role focuses on ensuring smooth delivery
and performance of campaigns across ad servers, SSPs, and publisher
platforms.
You will be responsible for day-to-day operational excellence,
troubleshooting, and scaling processes to support revenue growth and
efficiency across our media operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimise the operational workflow across ad servers,
    SSPs, and publisher integrations.

  • Oversee campaign setup, trafficking, pacing, and delivery to ensure
    maximum efficiency and performance.

  • Monitor revenue performance, fill rates, latency, and delivery metrics,
    identifying optimisation opportunities.

  • Troubleshoot operational and technical issues across the ad tech
    ecosystem (ad servers, SSPs, APIs, tags).

  • Collaborate with publisher, product, and demand teams to align
    operational needs with commercial goals.

  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations, including GDPR,
    COPPA, and platform policies.

  • Work with third-party measurement and verification vendors (IAS,
    Moat, DoubleVerify, HUMAN) to monitor invalid traffic, viewability, and
    quality metrics.

  • Document processes, streamline workflows, and identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency.


Required Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years experience managing operations in a media
    Hands-on expertise with ad servers (e.g., Google Ad Manager,
    FreeWheel), SSPs, and publisher platforms.

  • Strong knowledge of programmatic workflows, OpenRTB, and ad-
    serving standards (VAST, VPAID, SSAI/CSAI).

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth
    media environment.

  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and/or BI tools (Looker,
    Tableau a plus).

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally with
    technical and commercial teams.

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail.

  • Accuracy and timeliness of campaign execution and delivery.

  • Reduction in operational errors and downtime.

  • Improvement in fill rate, latency, and revenue yield.

  • Compliance with policies and reduction of invalid traffic.
