Requirements:

• Advanced English must-have for effective communication;

• Experience in client support/customer success/account management ideally with complex products;

• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously;

• Experience in RTB (Real-Time Bidding) a plus, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to B2B clients, assisting them in their daily operations while using our products;

• Troubleshoot and investigate client-reported issues, ensuring timely resolution;

• Collaborate with the technical team to fix and resolve technical problems;

• Contribute to the Client Service teams growth by optimizing processes, improving documentation, and implementing new workflows.
