About the role

AdTech company with 7 years of experience, trusted by over 150 clients, multiple award-wins, and a strong reputation as a leader in the AdTech industry.

Now, we're looking for an Account Manager to bring additional expertise and value to the Team. Together, were going to grow faster!

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Clients using our products with their daily operations.

  • Help Clients with troubleshooting and investigating various cases they need our assistance with.

  • Assist Clients with resolving technical issues in collaboration with the technical team.

  • Analyze and optimize clients' performance and profitability on our technology.

  • Create and describe tasks/bugs in Jira based on Clients' feedback in complex situations.

  • Suggest product improvements and new features based on customer feedback.

  • Maintain and improve external product documentation for a knowledge base.

  • Maintain internal process documentation.

  • Create new documentation based on project changes.

  • Communicate with Clients across various communication channels (Slack, email, calls, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Experience working at IT companies as an Account Manager, Tech Operations Specialist, Tech Support Specialist, or in a similar role.

  • Advanced level of English.

  • Strong business correspondence and conference call skills.

  • Strong prioritization skills (ability to prioritize customers, tasks, etc.).

  • Deep knowledge of the product you are working on, with the ability to understand product functionality and communicate effectively with the tech team.

  • Cross-functional communication experience (e.g., with Tech, Sales, or Product teams).

  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and analytical tools.

  • A black belt in going above and beyond (hardworking, proactive multitasking as we scale, keeping pace with the growing complexity of our technologies).

Will be a plus:

  • AdTech Experience (oRTB/programmatic environment)
